Catalyst & Covid


To protect our Consultants and the public from exposure to coronavirus (COVID-19), our office discourages all walk in  or in person applicants at either of our office locations.    We have refined a comprehensive online platform that is loaded with information and relevant forms and should be considered the go to place.   Where applicants or candidates must attend either of our offices, all persons will be required to sanitize upon entering our office, wear a face mask and will be required to submit a health questionaire.    You may be directed to briefly remove your face covering to confirm identity or take your photograph. TCG Limited reserves the right to deny entry to individuals who do not wear a face covering.   Please follow the instructions included in your appointment notice, including for your scheduled appointment at the designated date and time.

Face coverings are not a replacement for social distancing.   Follow  instructions to maintain social distancing during your time while in USCIS space.    To limit the number of people in the waiting room or in the office at one time,  applicants will be seen that have a scheduled appointments only  where generally 30 minutes will be allowed for each candidate.   Persons who are late will not be  seen. 

If you are feeling sick, please do not come to the office. Follow the instructions on your appointment notice to reschedule your appointment for when you are healthy. There is no penalty for rescheduling your appointment if you are sick. You will not be allowed to enter the Catalyst office if you:

  • Are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19;
  • Have had close contact within the last 14 days with a person known or suspected to have COVID-19;
  • Have been instructed by a healthcare provider or public health authority to isolate or self-quarantine within the last 14 days; or
  • Refuse to wear a face covering or mask in accordance with Health Department instruction.  


In accordance with the strictest of policy guidelines, the Catalyst Office is deep cleaned / sanitized at the end of each work day and at reasonable intervals throughout the workday.     For the protection of you, our Consultants and our respective loved ones.    We encourage you to wash your hands frequently through the day, maintain social distancing and limit your handling of any paper / submissions that need to come in to us.
